PPERO Association Alcohol Policy

In accordance with Florida State Laws, Polo Park East Association insurance requirements, and Polo Park East RO Association Inc. requirements, no alcoholic beverage may be sold or distributed on or in any common area of the Association including the clubhouse. Residents and their legal guests are allowed to bring and consume their own alcoholic beverages at events or functions.
